hello everyone. just thought i'd post some SOS armors for RCOTS. please have SOS armors installed and regular RCOTS armors hrm, your skyrim should be in the usual place, i'm not sure if it's installed in another directory or not, but oh well lessee.. so most is taking SOS adapted armors and editing them with blendr, then exporting and adjusting the textures to fit regular SOS armor textures. there is one or 2 that i just deleted stuff, but its the same. i also put in one i did myself. i recomment backing up the stuff i sent, bc some of it probobly needs some weight work, it looks good altho. lessee... rcots armor pack and armors done are Dragon Bone Dragon Scale Elven Glass Hide Nightingale Thievesguild and some clothes done are Archmage Mage Apprentice Mage Journeyman lesseee ok, here it is: https://mega.co.nz/#...g4R2NZ71viGzQ20  The Second course! more of the originals. lessee... wow.. i had to relearn screenshots. heres a few. i've been thinking of making my own sets. changing SOS is tedious to do....

SOS armors? I wasnt aware there was a plugin for SOs armors...can you please post it or someone else who has it? I have looked everywhere but cannot seem to find a specific SOS armor plugin, I a either over-looking something or looking for the wrong thing...if there is one though then that could also explain why I havent been able to get most armors to work while SOs is enabled

Thank you so very much...I have literally spent over a day going through things trying to figure out why a majority of my armors wouldn't work when I had SOS enabled...and now I know. One wold they would have put such a needed part of the sos system in a more visible place where they have it one wold think its just an optional thing that can easily be glanced over. Wich ones should I install though, anything specific or just get them all?

just make sure you install the version that doen't say "no schlong armor" the no schlong armor apparently can cause CTD's.

oh, speaking of converting armors, i think i'll wait on the heavy, i just found out SOS does TERA armors too :D muhahaha.

All that I really care about is being able to use all of the RCOTS armors like normal again, and ofcourse these fabulous conversions of those posted here. I am assuming "male vanilla armor & clothes / Dragonbrn male armor conversions" would be the two needed?

I just thought I would toss this simple idea out there: What the boys really need are clothes. Just simple, non-sos clothes. There are tons for girls, very little for boys. Shorts would be nice :)

hrm. i agree... after i do some tera armor then i'll start making my own. my first attempt was a while ago. i actually included it in my first post :D
although making an esp is going to be a beeotch to learn.

I couldn't agree with you more. It is jawdropping to see the vast amounts of clothing and other stuff for females and then to look at what boys have in comparison. There is really not alot for us out there...would be nice to have more content for the boys. That is why I really appreciate creators like you and the maker of these awesome armors for taking the time to create stuff for the males. :) lol, before I had discovered your urchins mod I was basically going around on Ashen Followers and converting every girl into a male just so I could have some quests for boy NPC's and have more male followers haha....but thanks to you that is no longer needed :D

omfg... the tera armors are more intense than the regular stuff....
took me a couple hours to do one.... now that takes into account my relearning 3d stuff... but damn ima need more coffee...
altho i'd still hate to be working on scripting lol

If I turn off RCOTS-SOS all of these problems seem to vanish and I can wear these armors along with every other armor in the game perfectly fine...just no dick. Any assistance is greatly appreciated :)

Open the armor in Nifscope and swap the body, it sounds like the armor still has the adult male body attached to the nif file and you need to swap in the shota body.

The secret of bodys in Skyrim is that the body showing through the armor in any place will be the body that is attached to that armor and NOT the body specified for that race.  However the skeleton is the one for the race which is why you can't use a simple trick to change the race of an actor.

hrm, i've double checked my upload and the .NIFs seem in proper order, with specific bodys and stuff in place.
sounds like a mod organizer thing
in my situation i found a way to use Mod Organizer to sort your mods.
in the mod window you click "sort"
then after it's sorted you scroll thru your list and rearrange
your mods so that all SOS stuff goes first, with rcots sos listed after.
then you put the rcots armor mods.

now here's the trick. you can use the "priority" listing, just double click the number and set it a diff listing.
always use Nexus Mod Manager to properly load your mods.
the use Mod Organizer to sort them and run skyrim (make sure the skse setting is up)
so
NMM - install stuff
MO - properly sort mods then run
ENJOY.

also if anyone else has my armor mods working, pls let me know.
i know i've got a lot of stuff to work on, but this is a step :)

Um, while you are at it...Could I request that you convert some clothing (not armor) into shorts for the boys? Non-revealing and under 15 megs total size, if you can. There's just absolutely nothing I can use for Urchins.

I would only use SOS if there was an intact version, as being cut in nordic / norce times was non existant in europe! In my view it does not go with the asthetics / time period of the game?

That is only available with SAM currently, I don't even know if they will port it over to SOS.

As long as you set up SOS correctly to work with RCotS, it should work, although it may have some clipping or floating issues.
